When you contact us, we’ll provide a brief description of our services, philosophies, and methodology and fee structures.  We’ll direct you to our web site to help you learn more.

Step 1:
Initial Inquiry

Visit our web site. If our services appear to fit your needs, contact us to schedule a Step 2 “Get Acquainted Meeting” (The meeting can be done on the phone or in person).

The 30 minute Get Acquainted Meeting is an opportunity for us to exchange information about your needs and objectives, and how we may work together to meet them.

Step 2:
Get Acquainted
Meeting

Ask us about out services and process, our backgrounds, our investment philosophies, and the benefits of financial planning.  We want you to feel comfortable working with us.

We’ll review your Client Questionnaire, refine your objectives, answer any questions that do not need research or number crunching, make some preliminary recommendations and summarize actions you can take immediately. At the end of this meeting, we’ll also provide an estimated fee quote for any additional work needed.

Step 3:
Getting Started

____

 

If you think we’re a good fit and you can benefit from our services, we’ll proceed to the “Getting Started” portion of our meeting. You’ll need to sign the Client Services agreement for this 1 hour working session. Payment for this service is expected at the end of the meeting.

If you need further planning and decide to proceed, we will give you a list of documents we’ll need to formulate your plan.

Step 4:
Data Gathering

Gather the data requested and complete any additional worksheets.  Fax, email or mail this information to us.

We analyze the information you have provided, working with you as needed to further clarify the data and refine your financial goals. We study various plan scenarios, conclude our research and analysis, and produce the final reports that summarize objectives, assumptions, results, recommendations, and an action plan for your unique situation.

Step 5:
Analysis and Plan
Formulation

Respond to any requests from us for clarification of data or additional input. Otherwise, all you have to do at this point is await your next meeting with us.

In Step 6, we present and review your personal financial plan.  We discuss all reports and provide you with a written summary of our observations and specific recommendations.

Presentation of
Your Financial
Plan

Congratulations! At this point you will hold a personalized blueprint, custom designed to meet your financial goals.  Full payment of the balance for actual fees incurred is due at the conclusion of the plan presentation meeting.

Periodic update meetings and reviews are essential to maintain good fiscal health. We can schedule these periodic meetings with you at whatever frequency you think appropriate.

Financial Check-ups

Financial planning is an ongoing process, not a one-time event. Proper implementation of a financial plan and periodic professional reviews are crucial to reaching your financial goals. We urge prompt attention. It’s about your financial future.
